We will liaise with your solicitors and provide a building/structural surveys as necessary.

Property Management

We manage a large variety of industrial estates, multi occupied office buildings, major shopping centres and offer a fully proactive management service. Our services include rent collection, service charge accounting, rent reviews, lease renewals, dealing with repairs and Health and Safety at Work issues, advice on insurance premiums and similar.

Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals

We settle most rent reviews/lease renewals by agreement between parties and have long experience of submitting claims for determination by Independent Expert or Arbitrator.

Dilapidations
